The short version
- No sign-up: we don't ask for your name, email or phone number to use the app.
- Your photos are sent to AI services only to create your plan and pictures.
- Saved projects are linked to a random code in your browser, not to your identity.
- No advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
What we collect and why
Photos, videos and what you type
When you build a plan, the photos (and stills taken from any video), your notes and your options are sent to our servers and on to an AI service that writes the plan. If you ask for a predicted "after" picture, a photo and a short description are sent to an AI image service. We use this content only to give you the plan and pictures you asked for.
Saved projects
When you save a project, the plan, your progress and a small before and after photo are stored on our servers, linked to a random code created in your browser. It isn't linked to your name or email. Anyone using that same browser on that device can see those projects. You can delete a project in the app at any time, and it's removed from our servers.
Usage counts
To keep the service free and stop abuse, we count how many plans and pictures are made each day from each internet (IP) address. We store the address, the date and the count, and use it only to apply daily limits.
Settings in your browser
The app remembers choices like your country, pets, energy level and plan style in your browser's own storage, on your device. You can clear them by clearing your browser's site data.
Visitor statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
Who helps us run the service

These providers process content on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We don't sell your information to anyone.
If you use the app's reminder, share or map buttons, you're taken to Google Calendar, WhatsApp or Google Maps, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Links to shops
Some guides or plans may link to products in online shops. If you click one, that shop may use cookies under its own privacy policy. See our disclosure for how we may earn from these links.
Please don't include
Try to keep faces, documents, ID cards and other personal details out of your photos. If something private is in the shot, crop it out before you upload.
Children
Tidy Assistant is meant for adults, and for children using it with a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
- Delete any saved project in the app, at any time.
- Clear your browser's site data for tidyassistant.com to remove local settings and the random code.
- Email [email protected] with any question or request about your information.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
